Requirements

- Must have a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (or be able to obtain one)
- Must have use of Force certification (or be able to obtain one)
- Must hold or be eligible for a Secret (Level II) Security Clearance
- Some position requires bilingualism (English/French)
- Qualified appearance, punctuality, and reliability

Specialized Skills

- Strong understanding of security and access control procedures
- Ability to respond effectively to incidents
- Familiarity with basic IT setup and secure computer practices
- Experience using Microsoft Office and standard reporting tools
