We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Device Team Lead that will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations of the Medical Device. Reporting to the Medical Device Supervisor, this role leads a team of warehouse employees across all operational functions including receiving, inventory control, quality assurance, picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices and healthcare products.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay rate: $25.64-$28.72/hr

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coach, train, and support warehouse team members.
- Verify incoming shipments, inventory accuracy, lot numbers, expiry dates, and product quality.
- Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Maintain inventory records using ERP/WMS systems (Business Central preferred).
- Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and quality processes.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs,



safety standards, and warehouse best practices.
- Collaborate with QA, Customer Service, Procurement, suppliers, and carriers to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device environment.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated facility.
- Previous Team Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
