We’re looking for a Lead Kitchen Cook who thrives in high-energy environments and takes pride in leading a team that delivers exceptional stadium dining experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support kitchen staff during high-volume event service
- Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, quality, and speed
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Mentor and train cooks and kitchen team members
- Work closely with concessions, catering, and operations teams to ensure smooth service
Requirements
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality or food service
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and event days
- Must be available for all Blue Bombers home games (10 per season).
