49 North Helicopters is looking for a Commercial Helicopter Pilot interested in a Base Pilot position in Campbell River, BC. The pilot must be willing to relocate to Campbell River or the surrounding area and have an accident/incident free safety record over the past 5 years, with good references. We are willing to help foreign pilots with working visas.

Required:

- Current Canadian Commercial Helicopter Pilot License (CPL-H)
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- Minimum 1500 hours PIC
- AS350 endorsement or Bell 206 endorsement
- Mountain flying experience (preferred)
- Coastal flying experience (preferred)
- Precision external-load operations (preferred)
- Flight Instructor Rating (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Report to the Chief Pilot and Operations Manager




- Support various types of base operations
- Operate the helicopter safely and in full compliance with all regulations set out by Transport Canada and company policies
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, daily logbook entries, and post-flight checks in accordance with company procedures
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled flights in support of daily operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
