Position Summary

The Logistics Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the effective flow of merchandise from receiving to the showroom while maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-ready retail environment.

Working under the direction of the Dealer-Owner, this position supports merchandising, inventory accuracy, showroom presentation, product assembly, receiving, warehouse organization, and customer assistance. The successful candidate takes pride in maintaining operational excellence and understands that an organized, well-presented store creates a better customer experience.

Primary ResponsibilitiesMerchandise Handling

· Receive, unload, and safely move merchandise throughout the store.

· Assemble furniture and prepare products for showroom display.

· Wrap and prepare merchandise for customer pickup or delivery.

· Ensure products are handled safely to minimize damage.

· Assist with merchandising resets and floor changes as directed.

Showroom Standards

· Organized, and maintain and customer-ready showroom displays as seasonal change outs are required

· Maintain accurate pricing, promotional signage, and product information, ensuring updates are completed as directed and when required (bedding, Grab & Go TV’s and mat pads)

· Ensure display merchandise is properly assembled and positioned as per the Brick merchanting manual.

· Complete regular showroom walkthroughs with the Sales Manager and Dealer-Owner to identify opportunities for improvement

Warehouse Operations

· Maintain an organized warehouse with accurate product locations.





· Support inventory counts and inventory accuracy using MMHF inventory

· Safely store incoming merchandise.

· Identify damaged merchandise and report (LDR) discrepancies promptly

· Assist with loading customer pickups and delivery vehicles.

Store Operations

· Assist with truck unloads and merchandise processing.

· Support store priorities as assigned by the Dealer-Owner.

· Follow company safety procedures and safe lifting practices.

· Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe condition.

· Assist other departments during peak business periods.

Customer Support

· Assist customers with merchandise inquiries and product locations.

· Support the Sales Team by locating merchandise and preparing products for customers.

· Maintain a positive and professional attitude during every customer interaction.

· Help create a seamless customer experience from purchase through pickup or delivery.

Qualifications/Experience

· 1-2 years previous retail, warehouse, merchandising, and logistics experience

· Ability to safely lift and move merchandise up to 75 lbs.

· Comfortable using basic hand tools for furniture assembly.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.





· Proficient in MPOS+, MMFH, and Retail Online.

Pay: From $20.60 per hour
