Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Before & After School Care Staff to support the development and well-being of children in our care. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children, a background in early childhood education (ECE Level 2 preferred), and a passion for fostering a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. This role involves supervising children before and after school hours, implementing educational activities, and providing a positive influence on young learners’ growth.

Responsibilities

- Supervise children during before and after school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity
- Assist children with homework or tutoring needs, providing academic support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in accordance with safety standards
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians,



and school staff regarding children's progress or concerns
- Support children in developing positive behavior and social interactions
- Follow all licensing regulations and program policies to ensure compliance with state and local guidelines

Qualifications

- Prior experience working with children in an educational or care setting is highly preferred
- Early childhood education certification (ECE Level 2) is preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered
- Passionate about working with children and fostering a safe, nurturing setting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and families
- Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail in managing children's needs and safety standards

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
