Our client is seeking a Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer to support the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency, implement new products, and support manufacturing operations from concept through production.

Location: London, Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually

What You'll Do
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production workflows.
- Support the introduction of new products and manufacturing technologies.
- Create 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Improve plant layouts, material flow, line balancing, and production efficiency.
- Design manufacturing fixtures, jigs, and tooling.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and production issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with engineering change management, production planning, and quality investigations.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 2–4 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in aerospace, military, or fluid conveyance systems is considered an asset.
- P.Eng. designation (or eligibility) is an asset.
Please Note: Applicants must be eligible to meet the requirements of Canada's Controlled Goods Program (CGP). Occasional travel (up to 5%) may be required.
