Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages, including tea blends, milk teas, fruit smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently while ensuring their experience is lively and memorable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Manage food preparation tasks like ingredient measurement, topping placement, and beverage assembly with efficiency
- Handle cash register transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness to ensure quality standards are met
Skills
- Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry with strong serving skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for seamless cashiering and transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that energizes the team and delights customers
- Robust time management abilities to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining high-quality service
- Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions efficiently
