Overview
TidyWay is a residential cleaning company hiring experienced, reliable cleaners in London, Ontario and surrounding areas. We work on a flexible contractor model — you choose which jobs to accept and set your own schedule around your availability.

Most cleaners complete 1-2 jobs per day and earn $150–$300 on the days they work. Payments are sent weekly.

Responsibilities

- Perform residential home cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas) following a standard cleaning checklist
- Arrive on time and complete jobs within the scheduled timeframe
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of residential or housekeeping cleaning experience — this is a hard requirement, not a preference
- Must have reliable transportation (your own vehicle)
- Must have a smartphone for job notifications and communication
- Must be able to provide basic cleaning supplies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Jobs are located in London, Ontario and nearby areas, typically within a 20–30 minute radius.

- You are currently living in London, Ontario or within commuting distance (approximately 30 minutes)
- You are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- You do not require a work permit, sponsorship, or any immigration support — we are unable to provide this under any circumstances
- You are fully authorized to work in Canada without any employer involvement
