Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental office workplace. The Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining positive patient experiences.

Duties

- Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing.
- Maintain accurate patient records and dental charting,



using various dental softwares.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with dental billing and collections as needed, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Sterilizating, setting up and chairside assisting dentist/hygienist in different dental treatments,c oordinate care plans and ensure seamless patient flow through the clinic

Skills

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
