We are seeking a friendly, qualified Esthetician/Receptionist to join our beauty and wellness team. This dual-role position combines expert skincare and beauty treatments with front desk guest services, providing an exceptional experience for clients. Responsibilities

- Perform esthetician services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care treatments with precision and care.
- Provide professional skin consultations and recommend suitable skincare products and treatments to clients.
- Manage front desk operations, greeting guests warmly and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Handle retail sales by promoting and upselling skincare products and beauty services to clients.
- Conduct product demos and educate guests on product benefits to enhance their experience.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in treatment rooms and common areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and managing client records efficiently.




- Deliver excellent guest services by addressing client inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Support the team with administrative duties such as answering phones, managing appointments, and processing payments as needed.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, products, and services to guests.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within the beauty industry to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Proficiency in front desk operations including scheduling, appointment management, and guest check-in/out procedures.
- Skilled in performing body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling as needed.
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
