We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team and contribute to the success of our pharmacy.Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense Medications: Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions in accordance with legal, ethical, and skilled standards.
- Professional Services: Assess patients and provide skilled services like medication reviews, adaptations, and injections as required.
- Patient Consultation: Provide expert medication counseling, answer patient questions, and offer guidance on over-the-counter products and general health-related inquiries.
- Medication Management: Review medication regimens for safety, effectiveness, and potential interactions, ensuring proper drug utilization and therapy optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers, patients, and pharmacy staff to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
- Inventory Management:



Oversee medication inventory, ensure stock levels are maintained, and assist in the ordering of medications and supplies.
- Patient Care: Foster solid, supportive relationships with patients to promote adherence to prescribed treatments and overall health.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records, ensure the pharmacy meets regulatory and health authority standards, and adhere to all privacy and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Licensure: Active and unrestricted pharmacist license. Good Standing with College.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred, but new graduates will also be considered.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Kroll experience is an asset.
- Customer Service: A patient-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
