We’re a fast-growing fitness brand looking for a Social Media Manager to grow our presence across platforms. You’ll be the person who keeps us ahead of trends, turns raw content into scroll-stopping posts, and builds real engagement with our audience. If you live on Instagram, TikTok, and wherever the internet moves next, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Stay on top of current social media trends, formats, and platform changes, then translate them into content that performs
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform content strategy and spot opportunities
- Edit video and photo content into polished, on-brand posts (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
- Plan and manage the content calendar across platforms
- Write engaging captions and copy that match our voice
- Monitor comments and DMs, and build community with our audience




- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what’s working
- Collaborate on campaigns, launches, and promotions

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal brand, agency, or in-house)
- Solid video editing skills and familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar
- A sharp eye for trends and the ability to move fast
- Excellent written communication and a feel for brand voice
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning projects end to end
- Bonus: interest or background in fitness, health, or supplements

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB
