We’re looking for a creative, organized, efficient and outgoing coordinator to support our communications, marketing, and general operations. What You’ll Do

- Create social media content
- Assist with newsletters, seminars, and Case Alerts
- Support graphics, video, and podcast production
- Help develop marketing initiatives and events
- Maintain contact databases
- Provide general support to the Director of Operations
- Interact with our legal team and contributors across the country
- Assist with outreach to potential clients
- Use AI tools to create and refine our materials.

Mandatory Qualifications





- Degree from a Canadian university (Business, Communications, Marketing, PR, Design, Arts preferred)
- Live in Edmonton
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Active social media presence
- Familiarity with at least two AI tools
- Ability to maintain organized contact databases
- Friendly, collaborative, motivated personality
- Dog‑positive (office dog!)

Strong Assets

- Knowledge of criminal law or the justice system
- WordPress experience
- French proficiency
- Experience with Canva/design tools
- Video or podcast editing experience
- Experience with InDesign or similar e-publishing software
