Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Perform product demos and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions.




- Use communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products, or store policies via phone or in-person interactions.

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers accurately.
- Experience with POS systems and familiarity with retail merchandising is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly during shifts.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
