Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.

- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
- Prepare and manage inventory and handle all P.O's and restocking.
- Handle inbound communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism.
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians based on availability and service requirements
- Manage service delivery schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high-quality service.
- Manage stock room organization while keeping up to date pricing in systems of current stock.
- Implement and track service improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance data.
- Process daily and weekly shipments.

Experience with Microsoft Office and a high level of computer proficiency is essential. Excellent telephone manner and customer service is required.



Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will have regular and on-going contact with external and internal clients.
