About the Role: Join the foundational warehouse team at Tenda Canada in Calgary. As one of Canada’s largest and fastest-growing retailers for hunting, shooting, and outdoor equipment, our incoming inventory volume is immense. We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and physically strong Warehouse Clerk to manage our inbound logistics. Unlike shipping/packing roles, this position focuses heavily on the heavy lifting of freight, unloading pallets, stocking high-density shelves, and organizing the warehouse while strictly adhering to Canadian firearm storage and handling regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound Receiving & Unloading: Manually or with equipment unload bulk freight, shipping containers, and pallets containing firearms, ammunition, and outdoor gear safely and legally.
- Stocking & Put-Away: Transport, lift, and accurately place high-end outdoor products, heavy bulk ammunition crates, and firearms onto designated secure warehouse shelves and retail racks.
- Inventory & Shelf Organization: Keep the warehouse meticulously organized. Relocate stock, tidy up shelving units, and ensure firearms and ammunition are placed in their legally designated zones for maximum safety and accessibility.
- Replenishment Support: Monitor shelf levels and stock availability, proactively moving heavy inventory from bulk storage areas to secondary staging areas.
- Warehouse Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, hazard-free, and organized warehouse floor, strictly adhering to Tenda's safety protocols and Federal firearm compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Licensing (MANDATORY): Must hold a valid Possession and Acquisition License (PAL).
- Location: Must be residing in or able to reliably commute to Calgary, AB.
- Legal Status: Must have valid legal working status in Canada.




- Physical Powerhouse (Mandatory): Must be physically robust and capable of frequent, repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50–70 lbs consistently, e.g., bulk case ammunition) and standing/walking for an entire 8-hour shift.
- Work Ethic: Strong sense of accountability, safety-conscious, self-driven, and capable of working efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Detail-Oriented: Sharp focus on accuracy to match incoming product codes/SKUs with packing slips and ensure strict inventory tracking.
- Assets: Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack is a major asset.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
