Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window and Door Installer/Foreman to lead installation projects from start to finish. This dynamic role combines hands-on installation work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties

- Lead and supervise installation team to ensure timely and accurate window and door installations across multiple projects
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to install windows, doors, and related hardware with precision
- Perform caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing to ensure optimal insulation and durability
- Conduct restoration work, including rebuilding, cutting in new RO's, shrinking RO's and interior finishing
- Coordinate with owners to order materials, and troubleshoot on-site issues




- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry, restoration, or general contracting projects
- Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for window and door installation
- Knowledge of caulking techniques, sealing methods, and weatherproofing standards
- Prior leadership experience as a foreman or supervisor in construction or renovation projects is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to on-site challenges

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
