Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across our properties. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical infrastructure in both residential and commercial settings. Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Electrician to perform electrical repairs, upgrades, renovations, and complete electrical re-wiring projects in residential apartments and multi-family buildings. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and experience delivering high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential apartments.
- Perform electrical upgrades, including service upgrades, panel replacements, and circuit additions.
- Complete electrical installations for apartment renovations and remodeling projects.
- Carry out full electrical re-dos and re-wiring of existing residential units.
- Install, replace, and repair outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans,



smoke detectors, and other electrical components.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Test electrical systems to verify proper operation and identify deficiencies.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure.

Qualifications

- Valid Electrician License or Apprenticeship (as required by local regulations).
- Experience in residential electrical service, renovations, and apartment maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems efficiently.
- Experience with panel upgrades, re-wiring, and renovation projects.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders, in crawl spaces, and in confined areas.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in occupied residential apartment buildings.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient lighting and modern electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
