Property Management Company is seeking a carpenter or renovator to maintain, complete repairs and renovations to properties located in the Sudbury area.
Carpenter/Renovator tasks may include:
· Applying knowledge and experience of carpentry/renovation/construction to complete projects
· Framing, Drywall, Taping
· Flooring (ceramic/vinyl/laminate)
· Basic Plumbing and Minor Electrical
· Deck Construction
· Trim and Moulding
· Window and Door Installation
· Maintain and repair properties
Skills/Qualifications:
· Skilled Carpenter/General Labourer/Renovator
· 8 years of carpentry, renovation or construction experience
· Own tools and steel-toed safety boots
· Own transportation and a valid driver’s licence
