Electrician (Approx. 3 Years' Experience)

We are a growing electrical contracting business looking for an electrician with approximately 3 years of residential and some commercial experience to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the owner in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you'll gain experience, take on increasing responsibility, and grow with the business.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the electrical trade, takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, has a positive attitude, and demonstrates strong work ethic and reliability every day.

Responsibilities

- Residential and light commercial electrical installations
- Service calls and troubleshooting
- New construction and renovation work
- Read electrical drawings and layouts
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with the Ontario Electrical Code
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work site
- Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications





- Approximately 3 years of electrical experience (licensed apprentice or equivalent)
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with reliable transportation
- Passion for the electrical trade and a willingness to continue learning
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong work ethic, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Own basic hand tools preferred
