All-In Excavation is currently seeking experienced professional Hydrovac Operators to join our team in the Winnipeg area. Our Hydrovac system is a non-destructive method of excavating as an alternative to mechanical equipment or hand-digging. Our Hydrovac uses pressurized water and a vacuum system to excavate around utilities and pipelines in a quick, safe and precise manner.
Most work will be in or around Winnipeg, MB with some short term out of town work as a possibility.
Requirements
- Willingness to follow ALL-IN Excavation’s best practices.
- Must possess and exhibit a strong safety acumen.
- Previous Hydrovac, trucking, vacuum truck or other related experience required.
- Mechanical inclination an asset.
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate a strong customer service focus.
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 with air endorsement.
- Clean Driver's Abstract
- Willing to do labour work and other tasks as needed on short notice.
- H2S Alive, CSTS, OSSA Fall Protection, OSSA Confined Space and First Aid with CPR however, training will be provided. Priority will be given to those who possess Safety tickets.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Duties Include but are Not Limited to:
- Conduct conduit Flushing and Cleaning with a Combination Flusher/Vac Truck and Meet Goals Set Out by Management.
- Conduct Hydro-Excavation in an efficient, effective, and protected manner.
- Complete all Required Administrative Paperwork: Driver’s Daily Log & Work Orders Daily
- Maintain Customer Relations.
- Maintain Equipment in Good Working Order and Keeping Equipment Clean daily.
- Daylighting and soft excavating for telecom, hydro and gas.
- Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following ALL-IN excavation’s Safety guidelines.
- Set up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures by Hydrovac operation.
- Handle and distribute construction materials, loading and unloading vehicles with supplies, equipment, remove all debris from work sites.
- Other duties as required.
