About Us

We are a premier distributor of humidors, display cabinets, and luxury lifestyle accessories, serving B2B retailers and distributors as well as B2C clients. To support our growth, we're seeking a versatile Marketing Operations & Business Development Specialist to oversee sales expansion, procurement, operations, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Development & Sales

- Identify and acquire new B2B accounts (specialty retailers, regional stockists, distributors) through multi-channel outreach; build and manage the sales pipeline.
- Nurture existing trade partners to grow order volume and brand presence.
- Manage B2B price lists, quotes, and product catalogs to optimize margins.

Procurement & Operations

- Manage price negotiation, order placement, and approval workflows.
- Coordinate freight and fulfillment with manufacturers and carriers.
- Maintain inventory and product data across systems (Shopify, ERP/WMS); handle invoicing, discount schedules, and stock reconciliation.
- Support office operations, corporate asset management,



and HR admin tasks such as job postings and candidate screening coordination.

Marketing & Brand

- Plan and execute content strategy across digital platforms to build brand equity and drive inbound demand.
- Design marketing collateral: product catalogs, sales sheets, and lifestyle assets for digital and print.
- Represent the company at trade shows — product displays, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

- 1–3+ years in marketing, B2B business development, or supply chain operations.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin (written and verbal).
- Proficient in social media management, with foundational content creation, visual design, and video editing skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify), advanced Excel/SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
- Experience with premium consumer goods, home appliances, or luxury merchandise strongly preferred.
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills; self-motivated, detail-oriented, with solid business acumen.

Pay: $3,500.00-$5,000.00 per month
