Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products.
- Check and weigh materials and products.
- Trim, cut and de-bone various cuts of poultry.
- Demonstrated ability to wear proper PPE (steel toe-rubber boots, hair nets, gloves, safety glasses, face coverings etc.) and comply with safety requirements.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness of areas of responsibility.
- Adhere to individual Product Standard Operating Procedures for components and packaging materials.
- Interact and share information with Team Members at all levels (Lead Hands, Supervisors, Others). Actively participates in their work group.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Working Conditions:

- Ability to work in varying temperatures and in damp wet conditions (Under 10˚C)
- Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Physical requirements: standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending, and lifting.
- Fast paced workplace.

Compensation:

- Wage & Performance review after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period. Wage and performance will be reviewed annually.
