We are seeking a dedicated, flexible, and enthusiastic RECE - Supply Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and educational experiences while supporting classrooms as needed, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities

- Provide engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that align with the centre's curriculum and philosophy.
- Supervise and support children in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
- Adapt activities and teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of all children, including those requiring additional support.
- Collaborate with educators, supervisors, and support staff to ensure consistency in programming and care.




- Foster positive behaviour by building respectful and supportive relationships with children.
- Observe children's development and communicate relevant information to the classroom team.
- Follow all centre policies and procedures, including health, safety, and licensing requirements.
- Communicate professionally with children, families, and colleagues to support positive relationships.

Qualifications

- Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators is preferred.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and age groups.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude with a genuine passion for working with young children.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
