We’re looking for a Licensed Millwright to join our team and play a key role in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient operations across our facility. Afternoon shift runs from 2:00 om to 10:30pm
What You’ll Do
As our Millwright, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things maintenance, including:
- Responding to and repairing machine emergency breakdowns
- Scheduling and completing non-emergency repairs
- Performing minor electrical and electronic repairs
- Monitoring and maintaining manufacturing equipment
- Completing routine preventive maintenance to keep downtime low
- Welding using in-house equipment
- Handling general building maintenance, including office areas
- Ordering and tracking maintenance supplies
- Assisting the Maintenance Manager with quotes, pricing, and purchasing
- Coordinating and scheduling outside contractors

What You Bring
- 3 or more years Millwright experience.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and understand technical documents/drawings
- Basic electrical repair experience
- Welding knowledge (or willingness to learn)
- A safety-first mindset
- Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
