We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Airbnb Turnover Housekeeper to join our team on a casual/on-call basis.

Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of Airbnb or short-term rental turnover housekeeping experience is required.
Please do not apply if you only have hotel or residential cleaning experience without Airbnb/STR turnover experience.
What You'll Do
- Complete full Airbnb turnover cleans between guest stays
- Stage each property to hotel-quality standards
- Inspect the property for damage, missing items, and maintenance issues
- Restock guest amenities and supplies
- Change and inspect all linens and towels
- Ensure every property is guest-ready before check-in
- Report issues promptly with photos and clear communication

- Minimum 2 years of Airbnb/short-term rental turnover experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
