Best Personnel Inc. is currently accepting applications for experienced Construction Labourers to join our workforce for upcoming client assignments.

We are an employment agency that provides workers to a variety of construction and work sites across the Lower Mainland. Assignments may vary by location, duration, schedule, client needs, and worker availability. Some opportunities may offer full-time hours depending on the assignment.

What this role involves

- Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors with daily construction activities
- Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Performing site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining safe work areas
- Digging, lifting, carrying, and handling materials as directed
- Assisting with demolition, excavation, and general labour duties
- Setting up and taking down temporary barriers, signage, and site equipment
- Following all site safety procedures and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions
- Performing other general construction duties as required

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of construction labour experience




- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Fluent in English with solid verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required gear

- Hard hat
- Steel-toed work boots
- Reflective safety vest
