We are seeking a passionate and energetic Art Tutor to inspire creativity and foster artistic growth in learners of all ages. As an Art Tutor, you will create engaging, hands-on art lessons that nurture students’ individual talents and boost their confidence. Duties
- Design and deliver dynamic art lessons tailored to students’ age groups and skill levels, emphasizing creativity and technical skills
- Provide personalized guidance to help students improve their drawing, painting, sculpture, or other artistic techniques
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages self-expression, experimentation, and artistic exploration
- Assess student progress regularly and offer constructive feedback to motivate continued growth
- Organize small group or one-on-one tutoring sessions to address individual learning needs
- Incorporate fun activities such as art projects, exhibitions, or collaborative murals to enhance engagement
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes positive learning experiences
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching art to children or young learners
- Solid background in various art forms such as drawing, painting, sculpture, or mixed media
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse backgrounds
- Experience working with children in educational or classroom settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate teaching methods
- Ability to plan engaging lessons that balance skill-building with creative expression
- Bonus: experience with cooking or related activities that integrate arts into hands-on projects

Pay: $18.16-$20.00 per hour
