Medical Office Assistant / Receptionist – Elite Performance & Injury Centre (EPIC)
Ilderton, ON | Part-Time | $18–$22/hour (based on experience)

Elite Performance & Injury Centre (EPIC) is a multi-disciplinary sports medicine and rehabilitation clinic serving Ilderton and Komoka. Our team includes chiropractors, physiotherapists, a registered massage therapist, and a sports medicine physician, all working together to help athletes and active individuals recover, perform, and stay healthy.

We're looking for a friendly, organized Medical Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our patients — someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment and takes pride in creating a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

What you'll do:

- Greet patients and manage a busy front desk with warmth and professionalism
- Book, confirm, and manage appointments using our practice management software (Jane App)
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general patient inquiries
- Process payments, receipts, and insurance/billing paperwork
- Support our sports medicine physician with scheduling and administrative workflows specific to their practice




- Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and running efficiently
- Communicate between patients and clinical staff to keep the day on schedule

What we're looking for:

- Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience (clinic or healthcare setting an asset)
- Comfort learning new software systems; experience with Jane App or a similar EMR/scheduling platform is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a genuine, friendly demeanour
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy workplace
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Details:

- Open to part-time or full position
- $18–$22/hour, based on experience
