Zed Developments is hiring a hands-on Project Manager to run multi-residential projects (1-2 Projects) from permit to occupancy.
This is a field-first role managing trades, schedules, budgets, and city inspections.
Responsibilities
- Manage full construction lifecycle (start to occupancy)
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and consultants
- Track budgets, schedules, and project progress
- Handle inspections, deficiencies, and code compliance
- Solve on-site issues quickly and effectively
Requirements
- 5+ years construction/project management experience
- Experience with multi-unit residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trades
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Organized, accountable, and problem-solver mindset
