We are seeking an autonomous, aggressive Sales Manager - Software to drive B2B acquisition across the Greater Toronto Area. This is a high-intensity, direct field sales position. You will knock on doors, engage business owners face-to-face, run live product demonstrations on the spot, and close deals.
We do not micro-manage, shadow you, or hold your hand. You must hit the pavement independently on Monday morning and produce results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Full Field Cycle:
Manage the full sales cycle entirely in the field via cold walk-ins and face-to-face prospecting.
- Own the Room: Run high-impact, in-person software demonstrations that convert busy business owners on the spot.
- Rigorous CRM Tracking: Log all physical field activity, contact data, and pipeline updates daily via mobile CRM.
- Negotiate & Close: Confidently handle objections to secure immediate sign-ups and upfront payments.
