The Opportunity

T&T; Power Group is seeking an organized and mechanically inclined Operations Coordinator to support our rental fleet and customer projects from our Wellesley location.

In this role, you will coordinate equipment scheduling, deployment, returns, inspections, maintenance, and transportation. You will work closely with customers, service technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure rental equipment is ready and customer projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to requirements.

The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing administrative coordination with hands-on field and site support. This position also participates in dispatching activities, including responding to occasional after-hours calls.

What You’ll Be DoingRental Fleet Coordination

- Coordinate rental equipment scheduling, deployment, transfers, returns, and inspections.
- Prioritize equipment and operational requirements based on customer schedules and project needs.
- Monitor rental fleet availability and ensure equipment is prepared for upcoming assignments.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, pickups, and transfers between customer sites and company locations.
- Help ensure rental projects are supported safely, efficiently, and according to customer expectations.

Equipment Readiness and Maintenance

- Evaluate and approve low- to mid-level equipment repairs.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and rental-readiness activities.
- Work closely with service technicians, vendors, and branch personnel to resolve equipment issues.
- Track the status of equipment inspections, repairs, and maintenance requirements.
- Help ensure rental equipment is safe, functional,



and ready for deployment.

Project and Customer Support

- Support major rental projects through logistics coordination, customer communication, and quoting assistance.
- Coordinate site requirements and provide site support when necessary.
- Communicate with customers regarding current projects, equipment movements, and future project planning.
- Assist with preparing quotes for customer sites and rental requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Help identify and resolve operational issues before they affect project timelines.

Dispatching and ERP Administration

- Participate in dispatching activities, including occasional after-hours calls.
- Maintain accurate rental, equipment, customer, and project information in the company’s ERP system.
- Process and track equipment movements, service requirements, and related documentation.
- Use Odoo and Microsoft Office to coordinate activities, maintain records, and prepare reports.
- Support continuous improvement of rental and operational processes.

What We’re Looking For

- Three to five years of relevant experience in operations, equipment coordination, transportation, rentals, logistics, or field-service support.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating equipment, transportation, or field-service activities.
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working both in an office environment and at customer or project sites.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.




- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Experience towing and moving trailers with a truck.
- High school diploma or GED required; relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using ERP software; experience with Odoo is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of generators, electrical distribution systems, or rental equipment is considered an asset.
- Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours dispatch support.
