Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to brainstorm and develop new, creative pub food specials and menu items.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated to minimize waste.
Maintain a clean, organized,
and sanitary workstation in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work seamlessly with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during peak dining hours.

Proven experience working as a line cook, preferably in a gastropub or high-volume restaurant environment.
