We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Employee Experience Business Partner to join a Mississauga organization's HR Team. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and aligning human resources initiatives with overall business objectives. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike, driving programs that improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive employee experience strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with leadership to design initiatives that promote engagement, well-being, and diversity
- Ensure onboarding programs effectively integrate safety, operational readiness, culture, leadership expectations, and EVP messaging, with a strong focus on frontline manufacturing employees.
- Manage change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational shifts
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruiting teams and utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as ADP-WFN
- Oversee program management for employee development, onboarding, and ADP to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure transparency and foster a positive work workplace
- Support HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes through effective negotiation and process improvement techniques




- Supervise HR projects related to payroll systems such as Kronos, Dayforce, or Ceridian ensuring seamless integration and compliance
- Provide training and development sessions to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills
- Assist in budgeting for HR programs while maintaining compliance with organizational policies

Experience

- Possess extensive experience in human resources management with a focus on employee experience initiatives.
- Proven expertise in change management, program management, and talent acquisition is essential.
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills coupled with the ability to analyze data effectively for strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms including ADP-WFN
- Process improvement within HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll (ADP or Kronos), and training & development will be highly valued.
- Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices across diverse industries and be adept at navigating complex organizational structures.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to lead cross-functional teams will contribute significantly to success in this role.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human resources

Pay: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
