Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Countertop Sales professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to promote high-end countertop products, providing expert guidance, and managing the sales process from. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in retail or inside sales, and experience with renovation or construction projects. Duties

- Engage with customers in-store and via outside sales channels to understand their needs and recommend suitable countertop solutions.
- Conduct product demos, showcasing features and benefits of various countertop materials, including granite, quartz, and marble.
- Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and project timelines to close sales effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Assist clients with remodeling or renovation projects by providing expert advice on product selection, installation options, and material durability.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight product features and attract customer interest.




- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, manage account details, and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies aimed at increasing sales.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside or inside sales, preferably within retail, renovation, or construction industries.
- Solid communication skills.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, POS systems, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Knowledge of renovation processes, construction materials, and high-end product markets.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively without pressuring customers.
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and merchandising displays efficiently.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse client needs professionally.
- Experience with product demos, account management, and retail sales is preferred. This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about design and sales who thrive in a client-focused environment while utilizing their technical skills to deliver exceptional service.
