B2B Sales Representative – Shutters & Blinds

Location: Travel-Based (Ontario with occasional Canada-wide and U.S. travel)

Pay: $18–$20/hour (final rate determined by the client during the interview) + Commission

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join a growing company in the Shutters & Blinds industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, meeting new clients, and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive product and industry training from the client. Your primary focus will be developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

Visit businesses and prospective clients to promote shutters and blinds products.

Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

Follow up on company-provided leads and client lists.

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.

Convert leads into long-term business accounts through consultative selling.

Travel regularly to meet clients throughout Ontario, across Canada, and occasionally in the United States.

Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.





Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.

Comfortable with frequent travel.

Valid G Class Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Valid passport and U.S. visa (or eligibility to travel to the U.S.), as occasional cross-border travel may be required.

Ability to work independently and manage a travel-based sales territory.

Compensation & Benefits

$18–$20/hour, with the final pay rate determined by the client during the interview.
