Fugleman Technologies, a Microsoft Partner and subsidiary of The Fugleman Group, is looking for a technically strong Microsoft ecosystem skilled who can operate independently from day one. This is a partnership arrangement for someone who wants above-the-business entrepreneurial support while they focus on delivering technical solutions.
What You'll Do
- Issue and manage Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 licenses for SMB and mid-market clients
- Handle tier 1 and tier 2 support tickets and escalate complex issues through established partner channels
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Fugleman Technologies clients
- Bring your own existing book of business — we'll support your growth and provide deal flow
What We're Looking For
- Active Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, or equivalent) — required
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, or Power Platform
- Existing client relationships in the SMB or mid-market space (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you want to own your outcomes, not just execute tasks
- Based in Canada (GTA preferred, remote considered)
