As we continue to expand our medical wellness services, we are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a passion for weight management and metabolic health to join our growing team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with experience managing medical weight loss programs, including prescribing and monitoring GLP-1 medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.).

This position is primarily remote and involves conducting scheduled consultations via phone and video, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing ongoing follow-up care to help patients achieve safe, sustainable results.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive virtual weight loss consultations.
- Assess patient eligibility for GLP-1 medications and other evidence-based treatment options.
- Prescribe and monitor GLP-1 therapies in accordance with current clinical guidelines.
- Develop individualized nutrition, lifestyle, and weight management plans.
- Educate patients on medication use, side effects, expectations,



and long-term success strategies.
- Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Collaborate with the BB Belleza team to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Experience managing medical weight loss programs.
- Strong knowledge of GLP-1 medications and obesity management.
- Experience creating personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Comfortable providing care through telemedicine platforms.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
