Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer/Picker, and Driver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a solid focus on quality control, efficiency, and safety within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties Picker/Packer & Driver (Full-Time) — Burnside, Dartmouth, NS

What you’ll do

- Pick & pack customer orders accurately; stage, wrap, and label pallets/cases
- Load/unload the company van/truck and complete safe deliveries/pickups (local routes)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe (sweeping, recycling, waste, when needed)
- Assist with inventory management: counts/cycle counts, receiving, put-away, rotating stock (FIFO)
- Help the admin team with basic paperwork, packing slips, BOLs, and simple portal tasks.

What you bring

- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (clean abstract) and confident city driving/parking skills
- Able to lift 50 lb / 23 kg and work on your feet; safe use of pallet jacks/dollies (forklift ticket is an asset)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive,



customer-first attitude
- Team player who jumps in wherever needed and communicates clearly
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Nice to have (assets)

- Forklift certification or are you willing to get certification? (very short commitment)
- Experience in distribution/warehouse or delivery work- ideally.

Schedule & location

- Full-time, on-site and on the road. Our warehouse is located at 30 Borden Ave in Burnside (Dartmouth) warehouse. (Monday–Friday; occasional flex for peak periods)
