ACCU-STAFF is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Workers to join a growing cannabis production team. In this role, you'll support the processing, packaging, inspection, and handling of cannabis products while ensuring all quality, safety, and Health Canada regulations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

- Process, package, and label cannabis products in accordance with Health Canada regulations and company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment by sanitizing tools, equipment, and workstations
- Prepare production materials and verify packaging, labels, and batch documentation for accuracy
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Production Practices (GPP), and all workplace health and safety requirements
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work collaboratively to ensure efficient production operations
- Assist with a variety of production, quality control, and general manufacturing tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a team setting
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks, including standing, bending,



and moving throughout the shift
- Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment, including masks, respirators, and hearing protection
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation is required, as the facility is not accessible by public transit
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Previous production, manufacturing, or cannabis industry experience is considered an asset; however, training will be provided to the right candidate
