Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages as needed
- Address guest concerns promptly with a positive attitude, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations,



and billing details
- Support other hotel departments by coordinating guest services and special requests as required
- Other duties as required

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Experience working at a front desk or in hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional in a rapid-paced setting
- Familiarity with guest services procedures and hospitality standards to ensure exceptional service delivery

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
