Brand Ambassador / Fundraising Representative
**Sales & Customer Service experience preferred**
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Type: Full time (5 days/week) or Part-time (3 days/week) – In-person
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Brand Ambassadors/Fundraising Representatives to join our team. This position is well suited for individuals with experience in sales, customer service, or marketing who enjoy connecting with people and confidently overcoming objections. In this role, you'll represent respected charitable organizations, inspire community support, and help build long-term donor relationships that make a real difference.
What You'll Do
- Promote fundraising initiatives and brand awareness campaigns while meeting daily and weekly performance goals.
- Interact with community members in residential neighborhoods and public locations to educate them about partner charities and encourage ongoing donations.
- Clearly communicate each organization's mission, impact, and fundraising objectives.
- Accurately record donor details and interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Work closely with supervisors and teammates to improve campaign performance and achieve shared goals.
- Deliver a positive, professional, and transparent experience during every donor interaction.
- Stay informed about current campaigns, partner charities, and effective fundraising practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable handling objections while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, professional,
and passionate about supporting meaningful causes.
- Available to work Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
- A personal vehicle is not required.
Pay & Benefits
Compensation
- Competitive earnings
- Per-diem base pay, plus commission and performance-based bonuses.
- After completing training, new team members typically sign up 2–3 donors per day and earn approximately $800–$1,000 per week.
