The ideal candidate should be comfortable doing the following:

- Preparing and cooking food for a regular evening service
- Ensuring that food comes out in a timely fashion
- Ensuring area of responsibility is well-stocked and guest-ready
- Maintaining freshness of product and ensuring rotation of old product




- Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards under the direction of the chef team.

In addition, the ideal candidate should be:

- Detail-oriented,
- Able to multitask
- Keep up in a fast-paced environment
