IT Application, Software and SaaS Program Coordinator - Job Description:
The IT Application, Software and SaaS Program Coordinator is responsible for the operational management, governance, and continuous improvement of IT applications and SaaS solutions. This role involves coordinating with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure stability, security, and compliance of assigned solutions.

IT Application, Software and SaaS Program Coordinator - Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT applications and SaaS solutions.
- Manage day-to-day application support activities, including incident and change management.
- Monitor service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Maintain application documentation and support procedures.
- Elicit and document business requirements for enhancements and changes.
- Manage application budgets, licenses, and renewals.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
- Support compliance, audit,



and risk management activities.

IT Application, Software and SaaS Program Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
