What We Are Looking For:

- Finish Carpentry & Framing: Experienced with trim, baseboards, crown molding, doors, cabinetry installation, and structural framing.
- Tile & Waterproofing: Solid experience with modern waterproofing systems (Schluter-Kerdi, GoBoard) and precision tile layouts with zero tolerance for sloppy cuts.
- Drywall & Paint: High-quality boarding, taping, mudding, and clean paint execution.
- Jobsite Professionalism: Clean, organized operations. Respect for the homeowner’s property is non-negotiable—dust management, floor protection, and daily cleanups are required.
- Demo and Prep -prepping site and completing demo in a precise and clean fashion.

Requirements:

- Must operate as a registered business/sole proprietorship with your own business name.




- Must have your own reliable vehicle, and professional-grade tools.
- Active WSIB coverage (or provincial equivalent) and commercial general liability insurance ($2M minimum).
- Ability to read design plans, sketches, or layouts accurately.
- Strong communication and adherence to strict project timelines.

Labor Rate / Compensation:

- Type: Sub-contract / Contract per project.
- Rates: Competitive, project-based flat rates or hourly trade billing based on experience, and scope of work.

Pay: $40.00-$65.00 per hour
