Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves a wide range of maintenance and facility support tasks across commercial and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Exterior Cleaning & Maintenance

- Pressure washing and high-reach cleaning
- Litter and debris collection from commercial sites

Repairs & Renovations

- General maintenance and repair work
- Custom metalwork and welding (asset)

Site Clean-Up & Waste Management

- Construction and post-construction clean-ups
- Debris removal and disaster recovery support

Parking Lot & Asphalt Maintenance

- Line painting and surface marking
- Asphalt patching
- Installation of signage and bollards

Equipment & Fleet Care

- Cleaning and detailing company vehicles and equipment

General Duties

- Safe operation of hand tools and equipment
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Completing additional duties as assigned

Requirements

- Previous experience in maintenance, construction,



or a related field is preferred
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power equipment
- Physically capable of performing manual labour and lifting heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s licence (must be eligible to operate company fleet vehicles)
- Clean driver’s abstract (required upon request)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
