PHYX Rehab and Wellness is a brand-new multidisciplinary healthcare clinic opening in North Waterloo. We are looking for a passionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team as one of our founding practitioners.

This is an exciting opportunity to build your practice in a modern, patient-focused clinic with the support of an experienced management team, collaborative healthcare professionals, and a welcoming environment designed to help both practitioners and patients thrive.

Whether you’re an experienced RMT or a recent graduate looking to establish your practice, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough client assessments and health history reviews.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals.
- Provide safe, professional, evidence-informed massage therapy treatments.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, stretching, and home care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care.

Preferred

- Experience in private practice.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic.
- Interest in collaborative care and ongoing professional development.
