We’re a locally owned, community-focused eye care clinic in Port Moody—and we’re looking for a friendly, tech-savvy PART TIME Receptionist/Pretester to join our team.
You’re the kind of person who loves connecting with people. You make others feel welcome instantly, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.
You’re also comfortable with technology—quick to pick up new systems and confident using scheduling software, EMRs, and phones in a busy clinic.

What to expect:
- Work across our two Port Moody locations
- Front Desk duties including EMR, Insurance, Phone, Email, Accounting
- Pretesting duties using AR, Fundus, OCT & VF
- A supportive, collaborative team
- Saturday shifts as part of the schedule
