As a Dishwasher, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our kitchen and service areas. You will be responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring everything is clean and ready to support our culinary team throughout each event.

While this position primarily focuses on dishwashing and kitchen sanitation, experience assembling hors d'oeuvres, charcuterie boards, dessert platters, and plated menu items is considered an asset and may provide opportunities for additional hours supporting our culinary team.

Responsibilities

- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using both commercial dishwashing equipment and manual methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dishwashing, kitchen, and storage area.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties, including floors, work surfaces, and waste removal.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude while contributing to a respectful, team-focused workplace.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a dishwasher or kitchen support role is an asset, but not required.
- Experience in food preparation or assembling hors d'oeuvres, platters, and plated menu items is considered an asset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace.




- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting or moving items as required.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to producing quality work.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Availability to work primarily weekends, with occasional weekday shifts as required. Daytime and evening availability is essential.
